Learning - no connestion to LMS in People Analytics

Hello,

when I create a new story report I have no possibility to switch beetwen (EC Replicated Data Source and Learning Data Source) in People Analytics (Story). Instead of that the system redirects me directly to Employee Central query:

On TEST System the settings are configured properly, I can choose there LMS or EC Data but it doesn't work on PRODUCTION system.

- I checked already this KB: https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/3151463 but it didn't solve me issue, the configuration is set properly. What else can be checked?

Hello Lukasz,

It could be due to 2 things:

1. Story was enabled in the instance prior to LMS implementation.
   In this case, you could go to Provisioning > Configuration for Stories in People Analytics > run 'Enable SAC in LMS'.
2. The user does not have permission to Reporting > Create Story > Learning, in RBP.
   Providing Permission can be performed from 'Manage Permission Role'.

If you lack access to Provisioning, you may reach out to your Partner or SAP Support.

Thank you for your help, after I enabled SAC in Provisioning I was able to see the switch connection button
