With the 1H2025 release, SAP is allowing managers to edit the overdue notifications. While this is generally a good thing, there are concerns about managers removing too much information from the email template (mainly what's overdue and due dates). We would like for SAP to split the permissions for the sending and editing of the notifications so that companies can choose if they want managers to be able to edit or not. I have submitted an enhancement request (link below). If you would please take a moment and go vote for the request so that companies that would have the choice based on the permissions in the role.
