Does the learning integration need to be 'sealed' in order to see the Learning recommendations in opportunity marketplace? Or Just enabling the recommendations through learning administration is enough ?
From our documentation, sealing is not a prerequisite for Learning Recommendations in OMP. It however is for leveraging Learning within Talent Intelligence Hub.
