Learning hub account expired

hi miaoyu , wait a minute, are we talking about learninghub.sap.com ? I login with my S-user.. is your c-user expired? who renew the sap oss userIDs? 🙂

Yes we are talking about learninghub.sap.com.

I was logging in with I number but it expired last month, just would like to know if I can renew it myself and how.

Hi miaoyu , as far as i know you as well login to learninghub with your c-user as i see you have sap badge ...

if your c-user is expired then you have to reach your sap manager to reactivate your c-user

Also, can u paste here for future reference what's the error message that you receive for user expired?

Thank you for your answer, I will contact manager for reactivation.

There was no error message, just wasn't able to access lessons on learning hub and in Person Info--Learning Subscriptions there is no active subscription found.
