We have found that report jobs no longer generate data if the originator of the report leaves the organization (i.e., has their report admin access removed). We are starting to create report jobs using a general "report admin" account.
Has anyone found that Learning Connectors and Automatic Processes don't continue to work as expected if the person who configured them leaves the organization (i.e., has their learning admin access removed)?
We are trying to determine whether we need a general "learning admin" account.
Hi Sarah
yes that is true - for example, if there is a scheduled report associated with a user, that schedule will cease when that users account is inactive.
We have a Learning Admin account within which we schedule reports etc.

Hi Sam, thanks for your response and for validating our experience with report jobs. Have you found that Learning Connectors and Automatic Processes don't continue to work as expected if the person who configured them leaves the organization (i.e., has their learning admin access removed)? We want to ensure that these aren't impacted in the same way as the report jobs.
