Hi Experts,
We have two AP's which are having same curricula, one we are using it for Onboardees and another one is for hiring the same onboardee employee. however we are encountering issue here, During onboarding as an onboardee user completed one training which is added to learning history and another training is uncompleted which is still in Assigned items tab. Later user is hired in the system, now when i look at the assigned items tab , the uncompleted one is gone, it should have stayed as it was uncompleted, but removed it by the system? Why onboarding AP removed it? and Hiring AP assigned the same item again with new assignment date, We dont want this? why it didnt carrforward the uncompleted one ? is it possible?
