Learning Assignment for Users in Global Assignment (LMS)

Hi Experts,

We recently implemented Global Assignment and the user data being sent to LMS are the Home and Host. There were instances where the trainings assigned to the Host account has already been completed by the Home. Since it's two separate accounts in the LMS, it looks like a brand new assignment. Taking the same trainings again will not be a good learning experience for the end-users.

We're currently planning to implement a process to sync the learning history of Home to the Host account, but this requires a lot of manual effort for the admins. Do you know if there's a way to automate this?

If you can also share the best practice and your experiences, I will truly appreciate it.
