Learner Feedback on Content Objects

Does the Learner Feedback report in Reporting allow you to export all feedback from the Training Library in a given period of time. I fill out the form and click the Export and nothing works. Right now, all feedback from the training library comes to my email and I want to streamline this process with a report I can generate.

So that will only list feedback that has been provided on content tagged with that specific product/version. Delete that information (so you are only specifying the Workarea) and then see what it includes.

You cannot export for a specific time period - the report gives you all time - but you can filter/delete in Excel.

The Learner Feedbacks report does not generate anything on the screen - once you generate it there is a button on the lower right - XLS Export. Click on that, and then open the file when prompted.

Otherwise use Power BI where you have a lot more flexibility.

I've done that but no data displays in the Excel document. I know I have feedback because I tons of emails?

And you are selecting the correct Workarea? Other than that, it works for me (just re-tested it)... Maybe worth opening an Incident if you are sure you have data...

(I have the opposite problem - never receive feedback emails but the Excel spreadsheet does contain the feedback...)
