yes, we followed next steps:
1.- Stop Vignette Collaboration services
2.- Stop Common Apache Solr services
3.- Start Common Apache Solr services
4.- Start Vignette Collaboration services
5.- Restart Ancile Uperform Monitoring Service
we restarted the servers too, but the problem persists.
What else can i do to solve this problem?
