Hello Experts,
Scenario: Employee had a midyear review and decided to leave the company.
In our company we do not want to delete any form, is there an automatically process, that the system understands by leaving / termination that the form need to be routed to closed.
Or do we need to routed this manually to closed. Is there any automatic process or workaround.

The form will stay with a terminated employee and can be retrieved using the Detailed Document Search. The form can also be deleted from employee but a copy remains and be retrieved using Detailed Document Search as well. Off hand, I cannot think of a way to automate sending the form to completion because of a change in employment status. This will probably require manual mainteance.
