With the latest People Profile changes altering its structure and functions, I have a few queries regarding its impact on the Succession module.
Currently, we have a few customers using the Live profile, which involves manual input from People Profile for Potential ratings. They may also adjust the Performance rating using this method, bypassing the form. This function seems no longer available under the latest people profile. Rather, the Performance and Potential rating under the Latest People Profile > Performance and Goals section can only display, and no input/edit buttons are allowed.
Could you please kindly suggest if any configs were missed out? Or the Live Profile sourse is no longer applicable when the Latest People Profile is enabled. And if so, is using Performance or Calibration form the only way moving forward?
