Hi Melody,

If you have the SAP Translation Hub, there's a good introductory video posted on the community that goes through how that works.

If you plan to send the files out to a translation company, I would recommend you copy the Group (Tools> Localization>Automated Translation All...), flagging it with new target language and then generate the xliff file from the copied (new language) structure (Tools > Localization > Export Translation File). Provide that file to the translation company and when returned, you will copy back into the Group where it was generated from. Repeat that for each language that you need using the original language each time (don't copy English to Spanish to French, go English to Spanish, English to French, etc).

Depending how the translation company will charge you (per word or per file), might drive how you structure your content, but just make sure that however the structure exists when you generate the xliff file, it doesn't change before you import the translated file or else you will run into issues.

Hope that helps! If yes please mark this question as answered.
