Keeping the EC and SAP Employee data in Sync

Hi

Please help me, I am having a scenario where the client went live with regular employees replication from EC to SAP. After 6 months now they came back and asking for Contract employees also to replicate. But till now they were hiring contract employees separately in the EC and SAP manually. So now if they want to replicate contract employees then How i should select my FTSD date and also How it is going to impact on the historical data, What should be ideal date for FTSD. What are the measurment I should be taking to keep both systems in Sync.

FTSD can remain old date, so as to avoid unnessecary splits with change in FTSD

also, if you move the FTSD further, you ll be losing retroactive changes from EC, which might be applicable, since Contractors will be hired from current date, there is no impact on these with FTSD being in past. You can continue hiring them in EC.
