Job Requisition mass upload

Hi Everyone,

We need to be able to upload Job Reqs and at least post them on our internal and external career site. We have 100+ ones and very little time to achieve this.

We were advised that we should do this manually, but I'm wondering if there is a tool already for this in SAP SF Recruitment so we can mass create and post them. We would need this in 2 languages.

Does anyone have experience with this that he / she could share with us? If there is a tool for this, is it viable or user friendly? 

Any input or shared documentation is highly appreciated.

Hi ,

This can be achieved through Provisioning or Integration center.

However we had used Provisioning for the import of job requisitions.

Thank you Radhika! It seems we might have to do it manually, but on long term we definitely need something like this. You mentioned this function lives within Provisioning, meaning it is something we cannot do as end users, either SAP loads it there or our consultants. Never looked at Integration center yet... Thanks for the link as well!

Hi @Radhika if we do through provisioning in the live system what affect will be there . Can you please help with that .Thanks
