Job Requisition failed requisition operator not found

Job requisition failed when trying to create a job requisition from retail template. Following message appears 

"Creation of a job requisition for position xxxx failed. Details: Cannot find operator T (JOBREQ_FIELD_COORDINATOR) in template 1541 with the index 0 "

Without knowing your configuratiuon and setup, that type of error could be pointing to a couple of different things that you can check:

Data mapping to populate the your Coordinator role (T). Field might be missing from the template entirely, or it's not correctly mapped to a corresponding value or field in the position data. Might need to check the position to requisition mapping rule as well.

Check the requisition template:
