Job Requisition Create New button keeps disappearing

Hi,

We have this random issue on Job requisitions in Successfactors. Create New link on job requisitions keep disappearing. This includes the access of generating offer approval letters as well. General User Permission -> Permission to Create Forms -> Required forms & offer templates are selected

It keeps disappearing and reappear in a day or 2 without any changes. But it is causing a work disruption for recruitment team.

Appreciate any ideas/thoughts on whats causing this issue.

As these permissions is related to initiate the form, but there is any role in which three permission are enabled

just check the user permission from which role, user is getting these permissions

Hi Khun sarika.vodapally1,

I just check my system and success you to create new permission role and permission group for this user , Or you have more than 1 permission group , You must setup all permission role is same https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2712160 // all role , That make you resove this problem

Thank you for the response Martin. All the config is in place. We are not using families & roles, so enabled Hide the "Browse Families & Roles" option on the create requisition page. Below is the screenshot of the roles? Even enabling these option will make the difference? Attached are the screenshots of the roles configured. Appreciate your response. .sf-roles.jpg
