How can we see version history on Job Profile changes?

Once a Job Profile is edited and text changed, where can you see previous versions with time/date stamps?

I fear you're looking for something that won't be there. You could get a last modified date via integration center (jobProfile) or via Manage Data (i.e. jobProfile) or such, but when it comes to history you will be able to see on a config level it's not gonna be there.

If you go to configure object definitions and for instance search for jobProfile, you'll see the config. You'll notice that (likely) this field: MDF Version History, is going to have No next to it (which is the reason you won't have history on versions/changes etc.). This is just one of the objects, but you may imagine that the latter will have the same complication.
