How to find the external code for the new section in the job profile template.

Hi @Anjali255 ,

Navigate to Manage Data:

In the Admin Center, go to Manage Data.

Search for the Job Template:

Use the search bar to find the Job Template associated with your Job Profile Template. You can search by the template's name or external code.

Access the Job Template Details:

Click on the relevant Job Template to open its details.

Locate the Section:

Scroll down to the shortDescription or longDescription sections. These correspond to the content sections in your Job Profile Template.

Go to Configure Object Definition.

Search for Job Template Section.

Take action and enable the internalId field as "Read Only".

Return to Manage Data and open the Job Template again. The internalId will now be displayed. This is the internal identifier for the section.

Determine the External Code:

The external Code for the section is typically the same as the internalId. However, if it's different, you can find it by:

Navigating to Manage Job Profile Template.

Selecting the relevant template.

Viewing the section details to find the external code.

Thank You Karthik, I have gone through the steps as you mentioned above, but unfortunately there is no external ID associated for the section so i am unable to upload the long description for the section, System throwing the error : ExternalCode is a required field/association in Object JobProfileLocalizedData.
