In E-recruiting the Job posting was posted with text containing a apostrophe for eg : companie's policy, but it is getting converted to a Hash # when the posting is published.
that is because the text is probably copy pasted from Word. In word, the ' is transformed to a "sloping" '. This italique ' is not known by SAP so it's displayed as a #.
