We are looking for an approach to cover the following scenario:
- Employee A has been hired from 2020 to 2023 in a US legal entity
- from 1.1.2023 the employee has been moved to Italy (terminated in US and re-hired in Italy)
HRs have a RBP with a target on specific legal entity and the HR in US, from 1.1.2023 cannot view anymore the information related to the employee who has been moved.
When navigating to the profile, he has not an HR view on his data, neither changing the effective as of date of visualization and, moreover, when HR makes reports with effective date e.g. in 2021 the employee does not appear for US HR because he is not in the target anymore.
Any suggestion on how to fix the situation?
