Job Country - Replication error from SAP to SFSF

Hi Experts,

we imported DEU_CountrySpecificConfigurableValidations.zip missing in SFSF initial configuration for some employees with foreign IBAN.
We created a custom paymentInformationDetails for Germany and then we linked this object to PaymentInformation.
After this operations, EC replication from SAP to SFSF returns the error "Job Country is not upsertable".
We tried to change the value of the Visibility property of the jobCountry object from "Read only" to "Editable" but it seems we have not the authorization for this operation. The system shows the message "You are not allowed to change the value of attribute Visibility for the field jobCountry of this object".

Have you faced this kind of issue? Or do you know how to solve it?
