Job Code cannot display in the Job Information of Employee Profile

Hello,

We have created the Job Code field in the position object and with Pos2Job rule the information is populated in the Employee Profile. As of now, the rule is only working when we are hiring a new employee. But when we make changes in the employee position through edit function the changes are not populated in the employee profile.

Any advice on this?

How do you have your position management setting defined (red mark below)?

How do you have the sync business rule created (green mark below)?

Those are the key settings for the synchronization.

Thank you Karen for your prompt response. I corrected the rule included in the sync position to job info and it works correctly now!
