Hi experts,
Recently I had some employees indicate that they weren't receiving an emails from their job agents they created in E-Recruiting. I looked in SOST and verified that Job Alerts were being sent out, however I noticed that only external candidates were receiving them. I looked and the Job_agents batch job is running nightly but again internal candidates aren't being sent any new postings.
I cannot find anything out there that indicates there is config for external vs internal candidates for job agents. I really have no idea what's changed other than it's been a while since the last internal job agent was sent out (2014) Does any experts have any idea why external candidates would be receiving job alerts and not internal? Thought I'd check here before turning in a SAP incident.
