When putting a SCORM 1.2 and quizzes into an item and assigning via assignment profile to our entire company, everything works well at our corporate office. However, at our retail stores, 100+ employees share approximately 5 tablets and computers to log into to complete courses. After a few employees complete the training successfully, the LMS stops recording completions of SCORM package portion for any employees moving forward. Employees are able to complete the first quiz and then complete the SCORM package. However, LMS does not recognize that the SCORM package is completed, so employees cannot move on to the final quiz since it is still locked. Signing out, restarting the computer, refreshing the page, logging out then logging back in, etc does not fix the issue. Does anybody know why this might be? This is also what I think the issue is. I just wanted to see if anyone else had any other input. My IT department is working on a "Kiosk Mode" for our tablets, which will open in incognito window and automatically clear cookies/cache upon exiting the browser.
Thanks for the input! Will update this thread if it works. Will take my IT team a few weeks to get it up and running.
