Issues with SCORM completion when multiple employees log on to the same device

When putting a SCORM 1.2 and quizzes into an item and assigning via assignment profile to our entire company, everything works well at our corporate office. However, at our retail stores, 100+ employees share approximately 5 tablets and computers to log into to complete courses. After a few employees complete the training successfully, the LMS stops recording completions of SCORM package portion for any employees moving forward. Employees are able to complete the first quiz and then complete the SCORM package. However, LMS does not recognize that the SCORM package is completed, so employees cannot move on to the final quiz since it is still locked. Signing out, restarting the computer, refreshing the page, logging out then logging back in, etc does not fix the issue. Does anybody know why this might be? Here are more details about configuration:

LMS

  1. There is a pre-quiz, then a SCORM 1.2, then a final quiz.
  2. Components of the course must be completed in this order, so we have it set that they must complete content in sequence and the other content is locked while one is in progress.
  3. Course is set to pass once all three parts are completed.

SCORM 1.2

  1. Using Adobe Captivate Classic to import PowerPoints.
  2. There is a button to read the slide out loud, previous slide, and next slide. Once they get to the final slide, an "end" button shows up. We have this set to act as a quiz so if they select the end button, the action is to exit and it should be recorded as completed.
  3. Once an employee completes the pre quiz, they move on to the SCORM package. Once they get to the last slide, they are able to select the "end" button and the SCORM package closes. However, LMS does not register that they completed it, so they cannot move on to the final quiz since it is locked.

Thank you.

@SunnyZ My apologies for the late response.

This is also what I think the issue is. I just wanted to see if anyone else had any other input. My IT department is working on a "Kiosk Mode" for our tablets, which will open in incognito window and automatically clear cookies/cache upon exiting the browser.

Thanks for the input! Will update this thread if it works. Will take my IT team a few weeks to get it up and running.
