Issues with external candidate login after registration in standalone scenario

Hello Experts!

Belated merry christmas to all!

I have issues access external candidates start page after registration.

I use the following URL to register->http://dc-erc-dqp.<clientname.com>:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/hrrcf_a_candidate_registration?sap-lang...

for testing purpose.

Am able to register and I get an email for verification. Once verifying the email I also get the confirmation that my email is succeffully verified and I can click on personal pages link to maintain my profile. Once I click on that I get Internal Error or Unfotunately the system is unavailable at the moment.

Slg1 log displays the following errors->

The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE_ADMIN_BL===CM00B line 77

Internal error in function module HRRCF_MDL_VERIF_STAT_RETRIEVE( my abaper mentioned that the FM is trying to read the data from SAP HR system..for this user)

No candidate could be found for US F3961F04BA1( although there is a candidate for the user in HRP1001. But there is no BP for the user. Candidate data is also there in HRP5102).

Can you please give pointer as to what could be the issue.

no BP means no complete candidate.

A candidate should have a US/BP/CP/NA and if internal, a P object

I understand the same Andy! However would you be able to suggest as to what could be the reason of no BP and candidate getting assigned to external candidates.

issue with the system? wrong browser? lost internet connection?

my guess a WF issue (where the WF is too fast for the NA/CP/BP objects creation
