Hi, I've been having issues with Producer today that I've not experienced before. I added an explanation bubble in practice mode and it allows me to manually change the size of the bubble on the screen as I have done many many times before. But when I click to the next slide, and then go back, the bubble goes back to the size it was before I changed it. Nothing seems to stick today.
Also, I put a highlight on the screen but when I go to "Preview from here" it is not aligned over the object where I put it. See attached. The first is where I added the explanation bubble and highlight. The second is what it looks like when I preview.
What would be causing this? How can I fix this? I've never seen this happen before.

Thank you!

Go to step 1 where the play icon is look at the advanced settings you will see screen DPI make sure it is 100%
Most likely it was recorded using something higher than 100% like 125%
Hope that helps

Hmm, DPI Scaling is a new property - presumably introduced in 20.11 specifically for this functionality. So is the theory that SAP Enable Now will use this property at the time of playback to determine whether it needs to 'scale' the output (and specifically, the screens and the highlights/object areas on these)? How is Peter's problem occurring, then? Should he just manually edit this to match what it SEN thinks it should be?
Also, the Quick Help says "Specifies the DPI scaling that was used when this project was first recorded." (my emphasis) I notice that it is not updated after Re-recording (if you re-record with the display set to a different scaling). Is that likely to cause problems? (It didn't seem to...)
There was a similar issue reported on one of the other forums - check to see if it is a display scaling issue. Go to your Display Settings and look to see if Scale and Layout value is set to more than 100%. If so, set it to 100% and try again. There was a change made recently to cater for automatic scaling (before you needed to have it at 100% to capture a simulation). Maybe that affected things.

Hi, do you mean the "zoom" settings of the browser before I do the recording? Or are there Scale and Layout settings in Producer? If so, where can I find them? I did notice something different when I did the recording. I always have the browser window at 100% because I have gotten the error message before when I started the recording. This time, with the browser at 100%, I got the error message saying it needed to be at 100%. I was confused as I've never gotten the message before when my browser was at 100%. Also, it did look smaller than usual. I changed the browser to 125% and the error message went away when I started the recording over again. So does this mean I now ignore the error message at the beginning? Also, do I have to re-record the entire thing? I have to reset a lot of data if I do. Thanks for your help.
No, not the browser zoom - your Windows settings. Go to your Desktop, right-click and select Display Settings, then find the Scale and Layout setting. It's basically how Windows scales the dpi of the display - if you're using a high-dpi machine (like a Microsoft Surface) it will often be set to something like 200%, else the Windows interface is too small to read. Like I said, SEN used to want this at 100% to record, but in the last release (?) they added some logic to cope with that. I'm thinking that there may be something in that which is messing things up.
