Our performance period have a big problem when we reopen calibration session. More details:
- We set up a route map following step: Manager 1st Review Mid Year > Manager 1st Review Year End > Manager 2nd Review > Calibration > Dicussion > Employee Sign > Manager 1st Sign > Manager 2nd Sign
- We create a session include ~100 subject include, change rating and finalise it
- Next, some form was processed to Dicussuion, some is Employee Sign,..
- Next, we re-open session in Home > Calibration, we click to Re-open icon and message appear: ... and will route form to Calibration Step
The big issue is some of form after re-open session do not route to Calibration step(some form is move to step previous Calibration, some hold in current step)
I check some SAP knowledge, KBA are alose no limitation from here. So, Do you meet a same case in your company or your customer ?
