Difficult to see what's going on with a gif and no explanation, but it looks like it is accepting that initial size (which is a really odd ratio - why would you not use 1280x800 or one of the other defaults?) but then having problems because some content is being opened outside of that, so it is having to extend the area to capture that?
As a first point I'd say select the Fit Application Window checkbox. Also, you are recording S/4HANA cloud? Would you not be better off selecting Browser Content Area?
