Issues Downloading Producer Inside Client's Citrix

Hi, has anyone seen this message before and what should we do to resolve if yo have?

Hi,

The message seems to be indicating that you must log into Manager and start Producer.  I suspect from that message that you are trying to start Producer from a Windows shortcut.  Please log into Manager, open the Workspace that contains the content that you want to work on, and click the Open Producer button.  This is the recommended method of starting Producer every time.

Hi Shane. Thanks for the info but we aren't using a shortcut. We are getting this error in our customer's Citrix when clicking Producer from the Manager. I can't even get this far when I click Producer from the Manager. I get a connection error once I click Producer. We do not have any issues outside the Citrix.
