Issue with TREX

I have completed the configuration of TREX (SES indexes, etc). When I search for jobs from the application cockpit (external as well internal), not all jobs are getting displayed. . I tried doing the search with and without the search criteria... no success

When I search using the reference code, the job is being displayed.

Would you know what might cause this?

Hello,

first step is to check with the search customizing check report if your customizing is correct and you have performed every step which is necessary. A description of the report RCF_CHECK_SEARCH_SETTINGS can be found under:

I ran the report. Everything is green, except the BAdi hrhap00_follow_up_se, which is not activated. Do I need to activate this BAdi?

If you do a search based on questionnaires, yes.

Hello,

Reference code search uses Database search where as Job search uses TREX.

1. First make sure whether the TREX has indexed the contents of posting index.

2. You can run the report COM_SE_SEARCH_IIF_TEST to test whether the index got any contents in it.

How do I check the above? Do you mean, I recreate the index?
