Issue with saving of mdf object data

I have configured birthday and anniversary using the post Birthday and Anniversary alerts to the employees in SuccessFactors | SAP Blogs

I'm keep on getting error- Saving of 1 cust_BIRTHDAY throwed a Exception??? with the index 0. The row will not be processed for subsequent entities

Can someone please help.

I wanted to know why is my MDF alert not showing under for you today card.

I'm receiving email but alerts are not seen on home page why?

• You need to be both an Approver and a Cc Role, to receive both an Alert and Notification.

I have done this setting i receive email but do not see to do alert

If the above is not it, it could be a database issue where some employee has an incorrect (or blank) date
