Hi!
I am from Argentina and giving support service to a client with the functionality of reporting. We used the report called "Lessons by Assignment" in July 2022 to see how were the different books being consumed. In that report we got that for example a book that was assigned to 1321 users was 0,83% completed but if we use the same report now we see that the number of completed for 1517 users is 0.00%. How can it be possible? Do you know if the users restart the lesson the whole advance in that book is deleted or what could have happened?
Request clarification before answering.
I replied to Joaquin's email about this problem, but my answer in case anyone else wants to weigh in, is:
Those totals aren't actually worth anything - it is an average of the completion percentage of each user - not what percentage of users have completed it, or anything like that. And as anyone who has studied statistics will tell you, you can't really average percentages and expect it to be meaningful. I'd guess that what you're seeing is that all those additional users are at 0% and that has reduced the average to effectively 00.0%? If you really want to see "what percentage of users have completed this course" you will need to export it to excel, and then check the percentage of users that have a completion of 100%.
