Issue with Loading/Creating Story Reports in Non-Production Instances

Hi,

Several users, including myself, have encountered an issue when trying to create or load a Story report in non-production instances. The report gets stuck in an indefinite loading state.

I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Used different browsers
• Cleared caches and cookies
• Proxied through other users who have access to the Story report

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. However, I was able to successfully create and load the Story report in the production instance without any problems.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, were you able to find a solution?

I have had the same issue, along with a few others on my team. Unfortunately I don't have an answer and am planning to submit a ticket. Can you tell me if you're able to see Story reports in Report Center when you filter on that report type? Mine are all gone, but others still have access.

Hi,

I can see the reports, only get stuck in an indefinite loading state. This only happens in non-production instances. I can read, edit and save in production.
