Issue with Legal Entity Transfer for New Employment - from RCM to ONB

Hi,

We have experienced the issue for legal entity transfer scenario (internal hire) where a new onboarding process in not triggered.

We use Employment Profile Selection rule and this step is triggered:

However after clicking on Rehire with New Employment, the process workflow is not triggered.

In BPE monitor we can see the issue with legal entity transfer workflow:

Typical crossboarding and our main process - preonboarding is working fine. We have only the issue with the legal entity transfer scenario.

Do you know maybe what could be the root cause?

Hi,

Yes, I was able to resolve the issue. In our case the root cause was there was no a primary phone in the candidate profile.

Yup.... confirmed - for us as well that was the root cause of the issue --. what's more, I noticed it has to be a private phone since the Business phone doesn't end up in the Recrutiment on the candidate profile.
