Issue with Coure Learning Expiration/Overdue reminder email notification in SAP SF - Learning (LMS)

Dear Experts,

I'm supporting one of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System Application using cilents in my organization. Here issue is as per SAP SuccessFactors Learning management system Standard Functionality, LMS Administrator will not get Course Expiration/Overdue reminder emails notifications (but Admin will get Automatic process Job status emails) while Users and Supervisors will get email notifications. But here client is expecting LMS Admin also should get reminder emails notifications along with Users and Supervisors. Is there any configuration available to LMS Admin gets reminder emails notifications when course is overdue learning ?

No. It's centered around Learner and Manager. It's standard product behavior.

Administrator can run Learning Needs reports to get information on incomplete training. The reports can be run for overdue training or training that is coming due by sett the required date filter appropriately.

Administrator can schedule the Learning Needs report and have the output email to them.

Administrator need to be careful about scheduling reports with date filters, though. The report date filters are fixed. To get report output for different date ranges for each run requires scheduling each run with the respective date range. I have seen administrators schedule many individual runs of the CSV version with specific date ranges. For example, run on the end of every month for the year with date filter of the first of the month through the end of month.
