Issue with Compensation module and Manager Rollup Summary export calculations

We are in the middle of year end processes for 2024 doing annual salary reviews.  We have noticed that when we go to our Compensation Admin role and select the current year ASR form and do a manager roll up summary export on all employees, the numbers being displayed on the page differ from a manual formula calculation in Excel in many of the columns.  We did not experience this issue last year.  We took a copy of the previous year form and tested it in QA then moved it to PROD.  The problem is, we can really only test some scenarios with a limited data entry set so we didn't see anything wrong in QA.  Now that it's in PROD and tens of thousands of entries have been made, we are seeing the calculation issue.  We've checked the obvious like errors in the formula and making sure the span is correct.  We've run it at various times of the day and we've pushed manual updates to the worksheet and then rerun the report.  It takes almost an hour and a half for the report to be generated.  We are US based so I even went in after hours, ran export at 9:30PM, ran the worksheet update at around 11:15PM and there were still issues in the count.  I was doing that in case the system was still allowing for entries to be added during the export process while it takes it's time generating.  While I can't rule it out entirely, the likelihood of someone being online at that time making entries is extremely low.  This of course assumes the export does allow for entries made after it is kicked off to be shown vs a snapshot of all data at a point in time.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.
