Hi everyone,
we are currently experiencing an issue in our Compensation Executive Review worksheets after the latest release and would like to ask if anyone else has encountered this behavior or can share insights.
We have promotions that were entered before the new release.
After the release, the step owner in Executive Review tried to delete a promotion using the three-dot menu > Promote > Delete.
Upon doing so, a pop-up error appears (see attached screenshot), and after confirming, the worksheet cannot be saved anymore.
A red flag appears next to the employee name, and a calculated field turns red.
The error pop-up also occurs when adding or deleting a promotion for the first time after the release.
However, the blocking behavior only happens in Executive Review.
In individual worksheets, the error popup appears but doesn’t prevent saving or trigger a red error.
We were able to fix individual cases by:
Re-inserting and then re-deleting the promotion directly in the individual worksheet (not via Executive Review).
This also updated the Executive Review view and removed the red flag and the calculated field error.
Could this be an Executive Review-specific issue introduced by the new release?
Would running the "Update All Worksheets" job help sync Executive Review and individual worksheets and prevent this from happening again?
Any known issues with calculated fields and promotions logic in Executive Review after the recent release?
