Issue when accessing mobile app (SEC-002)

I have an MDM application named success factors which is pushed by the company's mdm solution. When I open the application I get this error:

Your devce must meet security requirements. Please contact your system administrator . Error: SEC-002)

This is happening on an Android A54. Strangely enough it works on a Samsung S23.
