Issue : For one of post, it got one applicant who applied online but managed to do it without completing the questionaire which has mandatory questionaire. User spoke to applicant and they informed they have completed.
I have asked user to check questionaire status, it states that "Not completed".
The below two questions user was asking.
1. 1. If she submitted the form without completing the questionnaire, how was that possible given that there are mandatory questions in it?
2. 2. If she did complete it before submitting, where is it now?
Kindly advise how to identify where the questionaire?
