Issue in Last Activity in Candidate Profile

Hi

We have implemented E Recruitment model and the version is EHP6. We are facing an issue where even if Data Transfer activity is not initiated for a candidate, last activity in Candidate profile is reflecting as ‘Data transfer for the candidate’. However in Activity Checklist in the Requisition, it does not show Data Transfer Performed, i.e. in the Requisition last activity for the candidate is offer. Also, please note that incase of any other activity, the same activity is reflecting in the Candidate profile as well.

Hi Sarika,

Did you create that activity (data transfer) or was it added by the workflow user?

Thanks for your reply.

We create data transfer activity manually after performing Offer accepted activity. In this case, the data transfer activity is not yet performed yet in candidate profile the last activity shown is Data Transfer

Hi Sarika,

Once you create the activity, it's considered as created and will show as last activity. If you have completed it or not (pressed button "data transfer") doesn't matter here.

You are correct. If the activity is created then it will show the same activity as the last activity but here in this case the Data Transfer activity has not been perfomed still the last activity shown as Data Transfer activity.

As said, if you create the activity it's there. It doesn't matter if you have performed the real data transer or not.

Hi Sarika,

I am also facing the same issue... When I perform Offer accepted activity, Data transfer activity is getting the planned status. We are performing this activity manually but data transfer activity is automatically getting triggered in plan status.

Kindly let me know how did you mange to resolve this...
