Issue in adding Static document

if i am writing rule to attach the static document,then emai is not triggering.

Have you had the chance to upload the document under "Manage Documents"?

In my case, I've found that a specific format tends to work seamlessly:

- Uploading the Document in Manage Documents categorized as "Policy."

- Crafting the Rule with the scenario as - Add Static Documents as Email Attachments.

- Attaching the rule within the email template "(ONB) Buddy Assignment Template" under the section designated for "Rules for Static Documents."
