Hi Expert(s),
We have configured an Intelligent Service Centre event connector for hire event to call a CPI program to auto create absences and as expected when there are new hire(s) absences are created as per the dates maintained in the look up table SF EC.
Issue we are facing is when we check the status of the process in execution manage dashboard it is still in "In Progress" and error log says "Error response received from destination endpoint. ErrorMessage: I/O error: Read timed out"
can someone please help here what might be the issue and how to resolve this.
