Is there standard SAP Enable Now content available for Success Factors?

Is there standard SAP Enable Now content (with Web Assistant) available for Success Factors? If so how many Task Tutorials/module areas does it cover?

And I ask me further: If the customer wants to use the web Assistant in multiple languages, how do I ensure that the user gets the content displayed in their language? And how do I create content in the Web Assistant in different languages!

Can you explain to me in more detail what you mean when the content is not created in SAP? I want to create the content in the Web Assistant in the SAP SuccessFactors test system and wonder if these guided tours can then be transferred to the production system. The prerequisite is probably that the system is built exactly the same, isn't it? Do you mean that any page key information is not different from non prod to prod?

Since we are not sure, we are now considering activating SSO in the productive system and inserting it via the "help-editor" link so that only the authors can adjust the content.

Hi Olga, I can answer some of your questions:

As you are creating/editing content in your work area which is currently pointing to non prod (so its not created in SAP), so when you re-point your work area to prod all that content in the work area is also repointed (unless any page key information is different from non prod to prod).

Hi,

we want to use the Web Assistant for the module PMGM of SAP SuccessFactors. The customer wants to use in-app help. We thought that there are some standard SF guided tours that we can customize.

Or do I always have to create guided tours/contextual help completely new with the Web Assistant in the SAP SuccessFactors application? If I want to offer in-app help for learners?
Can you confirm that the content I create in the Web Assistant in the test system will appear again in the production system when I activate SSO in the production system?

AFAIK there is learning content (Simulations & Books/Book Pages), but not Help content (Help Topics & Guided Tours).
