Is there any workaround for flowing the Documents/attachments from Recruiting RCM to Employee Profil

To transfer documents or attachments from Recruiting RCM to the Employee Profile, you can use several workarounds. One approach is creating a custom export to move documents from RCM to Employee Profile, involving exporting the documents, converting them to the Employee Profile import template, and importing them. Alternatively, you can integrate with Onboarding (ONB), allowing documents to flow from RCM to ONB first and then to Employee Profile. Another method is using available RCM APIs to export and then import documents into Employee Profile. As a last resort, manually transferring documents by exporting them from RCM and uploading them to Employee Profile can also be done, although it is less efficient.

@michelle653burkes - As far as I know only the data can flow from RCM to ONB , can you please help with if any extra config or mapping is required for document transfer from RCM to ONB as you mentioned. Thanks
