When registered in a class, a learner receives the registration email and a calendar invite (either in a separate email or as an ICS attachment on the registration email).
We include class description in the registration email with some useful info for our learners, but once the event is added to an Outlook calendar they can"t see the description or any of the other useful info added to the registration email. Most people will go to the scheduled meeting in their calendar to find info, not necessarily to the registration email they previously received.
Is there any way to add the class description to the ICS / Calendar email, instead of/in addition to the registration email? I could not find anything for this under notification templates.

Using the "SystemEnrollmentNotification" notification template, the "DESCRIPTION:<ESCAPEFORVCAL value="<&VCAL_DESC>"/>" entry was removed from the "VCAL" box. The enrollment email was received, along with the ics (as per the KBA 2375066), and the course ID wasn't in the ics file.
