Promotion – action does not have a step to make a comp recommendation with the promotion. The manager would need to do the promotion via quick action, then go back to Change Job and Comp to make a pay change in an additional step. No value to using the quick action without the pay update.
Transfer – Manager transfer QA does not update the position and there’s no toggle to also move the position. Would need to apply the quick action and then update the position in separate steps. No value in using this quick action without the sync.
