I need to prepare the mapping between satandar SAP learning objects to standar SFSF LMS fields.

Is there any documentation about this field mapping?

There is no official documentation on Partner Edge nor the Help Portal. If you are a Partner, you could ask on the Partner Community to see if another Partner has done this before.
