Is there a way to indicate the health of the succession in the succession organization chart? I will try to explain it... - My company now needs to be able to easily identify which positions have good health in the successions that it has registered, for example example: if collaborator "X" has 2 successors, one with a "ready now" term and another person with "ready in the medium term (1-2 years)", he would be considered to have "good health" as opposed to a position that It does not have any successor loaded and in that case, we should see it as a critical case due to not having information...
On the platform, can we somehow see this?

Thanks for your question.
Currently, we cannot provide such a function. However, we are actively working on the GenAI and Joule use cases for SCM, which can meet your request. One of potential use cases is to identify this positions having low bench strength, so that succession planner can be notified to update succession pipeline. We are in the phase of use case collection.
If you have more requests or use cases, feel free to share with us. Many thanks.
