Hi, we are fairly new to configuring and using Calibration Sessions, and see that there is the ability to take notes on each employee in the session via Comments. However, our HR Partners plan to use an excel spreadsheet of the employee list and take notes/make comments outside the system, because they want to divide their notes between "comments related to why they changed a rating", "development action items for the employee or manager", and "succession notes".
If comments/notes are taken outside the system, is there a way for us to import those notes into the comment field in SuccessFactors Calibration Session Comments field, so the comments will be available to view in roll-up Calibration Sessions?
Alternatively, is there a way to create separate comment boxes and relabel with those specific categories ("comments related to why they changed a rating", "development action items for the employee or manager", and "succession notes").
