With the new people profile feature, SAP has added an option to make phone calls from the spotlight screen. We have not integrated MS.Teams with SF employee central. Without the Teams integration when a user clicks on the call button, system shows an error message " Sorry, we're unable to complete the call".
This will cause employees to raise tickets. Is there a way to hide the 'Call' option on the spotlight? If not, will it be a future enhancement?
